Batch Separate Objects task
Separate Objects

Description Searches on an image with a given background for individual objects larger than the specified limit, cuts them out with the addition of border of specified sizes on each side, and saves each object in a separate file with the name specified according to the template.

Parameters:
File Name Specifies the name of the file to which the object will be saved. The tag <####> sets the serial number of the found object to be saved. For more information, see the help for the File Name parameter of the Save As task.

File Type Specifies the type of file in which the object will be saved. For more information, see the help for the File Type parameter of the Save As task.

Folder Specifies the path to the file to which the object will be saved. For more information, see the help for the Folder parameter of the Save As task.

If file exists Specifies the action that will be performed if the file to which the found object will be saved exists. For more information, see the help for the If File Exists parameter of the Save As task.

Background Color Mode Sets the image background color setting mode. If the background is white or shades of gray, it is better to use the value White. Otherwise, use the HSV.

Color mode: White Sets the minimum and maximum threshold in shades of gray for the background.

Color mode: Colored (HSV) Sets the minimum and maximum threshold for Hue, Saturation, and Brightness of background color.

Minimum Object Area Limit Sets the minimum limit for finding objects. All objects that are smaller than the specified threshold will be discarded.

Left Border Specifies the size of the left border of the bounding box. The left border of bounding box of all found objects will be increased (or reduced in the case of a negative value) by a specified number of pixels.

Right Border Specifies the size of the right border of the bounding box. The right border of bounding box of all found objects will be increased (or reduced in the case of a negative value) by a specified number of pixels.

Top Border Specifies the size of the top border of the bounding box. The top border of bounding box of all found objects will be increased (or reduced in the case of a negative value) by a specified number of pixels.

Bottom Border Specifies the size of the bottom border of the bounding box. The bottom border of bounding box of all found objects will be increased (or reduced in the case of a negative value) by a specified number of pixels.

Draw Debug If this option is turned on, then the contours of all found objects and a bounding box (taking into account the boundaries) around those objects that correspond to the specified limits will be drawn in the preview window. During processing, neither contours nor bounding boxes will be drawn. Please note that if the image is not displayed at the actual scale in the preview window, the contours may not be displayed correctly.
